President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a decree approving a 15-million-euro grant agreement between the Egyptian government and the French Development Agency.

The grant deal, signed on October of 2015, will be channeled to a program aiming at developing slums in Egypt and boosting employment.

The decree was published in the Gazette today.
