President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a republican decree approving a 25.3-million-euro technical cooperation agreement with Germany.

The agreement, signed in March of 2016, aims at boosting a number of projects in the domains of potable water and sanitation, renewable energy and waste and water resources management.

Sisi also issued another decree promoting 105 assistant counselors to counselors at the State Council.

The two decrees were published in the Gazette out Thursday.
