The Joint Chiefs of Staff of South Korea and China held working-level talks in Seoul Wednesday to discuss a range of issues, including ways to avoid accidental clashes over overlapping airspace, officials said.
During the talks, South Korean Rear Adm. Kim Jin-hyung in charge of the Joint Chief of Staff's strategic and planning department and his Chinese counterpart, Major Gen. Zhang Ming from the General Staff Department of the People's Liberation Army, "vowed to build bilateral trust and further boost bilateral cooperation," according to Seoul's JCS.
