South Korea

The global ranking of South Korea's nominal gross domestic product (GDP) stayed flat at 14th for the fifth straight year in 2013, the country's central bank said Sunday.
South Korea's GDP was valued at US$1.3 trillion in 2013, remaining unchanged since 2009, the Bank of Korea (BOK) said. The Asia's fourth-largest economy ranked at 10th place in 2005, but lost ground to reach 15th place in 2008 amid a global economic crisis.
