Washington - Yonhap
North Korea is believed to be trying to deploy an intercontinental ballistic missile that can be fired from mobile launchers in what would represent a fresh threat to the U.S., the American military's Pacific commander was quoted Friday as saying.
Adm. Samuel Locklear, commander of the U.S. Pacific Command, made the remark in an interview with the Bloomberg Government news service published Friday, referring to the "KN-08" intercontinental ballistic missile that can be launched from a transporter erector launcher.
