The housing project will contribute to meeting the citizens’ demands

The Saudi real estate sector is planning to add 372 housing units as part of a project to attract citizens who are looking for housing in Jeddah.
This comes at a time when the sector plays a major role in being a substantial resource for the Saudi economy, as outlined in Vision 2030.
The project, which has been built on an estimated 26,000 square meters in Al-Salamah neighborhood, is one of the housing alternatives, especially as it includes parks and children’s play areas.
The project is owned by the Al-Ahli’s Saudi Economic and Development Company (SEDCO).
The residential units have been designed in a modern style that meets future aspirations and growing demands for housing in Jeddah.
Zuhair Hamza, CEO of SEDCO, said that Gardenia Residence project was one of the fruits of strategic alliances between Al-Ahli Capital and SEDCO.
This project will contribute to meeting the citizens’ demands for comfortable housing and developing sustainable local real estate development projects that meet global specifications, despite the fluctuating circumstances of the real estate market.
This project aims to bring stability between supply and demand and follow the directions of the real estate market in the coming period, as well as secure housing units during the coming years according to available data.
He pointed out that SEDCO confirmed its status as a housing property developer through this housing project, which will be a landmark in the Saudi real estate market.
