Jordanian Millennium Energy Industries (MEI) has won the Austrian Energy Globe Award for its project in the field of solar thermal energy, which was established in the Princess Noura University in Saudi Arabia.
Commercial counsellor in the Austrian Embassy, Isabel Schmidbauer, handed over the award to Chairman of the MEI's Board, Anas Remawi, on Tuesday .
The project, carried out by MEI, supplies approximately 40,000 students and employees with hot water.
