Lotte Asset Development Co., a property unit of South Korea's fifth-largest conglomerate Lotte Group, said Thursday it will build the country's largest shopping and tourism complex south of Seoul. Construction will begin in 2016 to build the complex in Gwacheon, 18 kilometers from Seoul, with a completion goal of 2018, the company said in a statement.
