General Manager of Microsoft Egypt Khalid Abdel Qader and Alexandria Governor Hany el Messiry on Sunday signed a cooperation protocol for automating work in the governorate.
In a statement, Abdel Qader said his company is tasked with designing a system to serve citizens by provide a mechanism to monitor violations by citizens and inform them to the governorate's officials, using the official website or citizens' service center through a specific hotline.
The system aims to receive irregularities and complaints, develop instant solutions and give executives a mechanism for to manage staff and services performance through a strong reports engine, he added.
Citizens will be able to send and follow up their complaints online, as complaints will be registered automatically on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, Abdel Qader said.
The system will be delivered to the governorate in the second half of September, he added.
For his part, the governor said the new system would provide a mechanism to follow up projects, display them as measure of performance indicators to facilitate supervision, automate and develop meetings, follow up activities, results, and the efficiency of departments and districts.
