March sales by Renault Samsung Motors Co. fell 13.8 percent last month from a year earlier due to weak exports, the South Korean division of French automaker Renault SA said Tuesday. The country's smallest car manufacturer by sales said it sold 10,782 vehicles last month, compared with 12,509 units tallied in the third month of 2013.
