Sales of Hyundai Motor Co.'s front wheel drive (FWD) flagship the Aslan and Kia Motors Corp.'s refreshed K9 premium sedan are off to a good start, South Korea's two largest carmakers said Friday.
The two upper-end vehicles are the carmakers' answer to deal with the sharp rise in sales of foreign-made cars in the country and to offer greater choices for consumers.
