South Korea's Samsung Electronics Co. took more than half of the North American market for Ultra HD TVs last month, data showed Monday. Samsung's market share for UHD TVs in the region came to 50.4 percent in January, maintaining its top spot for the third consecutive month since November 2013 when it posted a 48.3 percent share, the data compiled by NPD showed.
