The Egyptian Exchange indexes were all down at the close of trading on Monday.
The capital market hit EGP 490.1 billion after transactions reached EGP 540 million.
The benchmark index EGX 30 dropped 0.54 percent to 8,489.41 points.
The broader EGX 70 index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) declined 1.34 percent to 450.25 points.
The all-embracing EGX 100 index was down 0.91 percent taking the index to 950.43 points.
