Chinese stocks closed higher Tuesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.15% to close at 3,074.68 points.

    The Shenzhen index closed 0.04% higher at 10,729.12 points. The ChiNext Index, tracking China's NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, was up 0.11% to close at 2,195.53 points.
