Cairo - MENA
As of July 1, the Egyptian Association for Financing and Investment will organize a series of conferences to boost awareness about investing in the stock market.
The conferences will be organized in cooperation with the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), said Mohsen Adel, deputy head of the association Tuesday.
The activities will include training simulations focusing on banking, capital markets and electronic marketing, Adel said.
This, he added, is part of a training plan meant to meet demands of the labor market.
The association continues to act to increase awareness of university students and encourage them to study new topics that will add to their skills, Adel stressed.
Those activities aim to enhance capital market and banking skills of university students through a number of practical lectures delivered by economic experts, said Dr el Refaie Mubarak, the secretary of the Faculty of Commerce for Social Service Affairs at Tanta University.
