The Egyptian Exchange indexes closed this week up and the market capital gained EGP 12.7 billion to hit EGP 450.3.
During the course of the week, the benchmark index EGX30 jumped 3.07 percent to 7,296 points, said a weekly report issued by the Egyptian Exchange, of which MENA received a copy.
The broader EGX70 index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) soared 2.01 percent, reaching 395 points.
The all-embracing EGX100 index was also up 2.59 percent to hit 846 points.
