The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) indexes gained EGP 10 billion by Thursday's mid day trading.
Th bourse boosted as the crisis of the stamp duty on trading is about to be settled.
The EGX 30 benchmark index went up by 2.2 percent to close at 12,262.2 points.
The broader EGX 70 index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) increased 0.6 percent to 474.41 points.
Also, the all-embracing EGX 100 index rose 0.76 percent to close at 1,146.63 points.
