The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) indexes recorded collective gains at the close of Thursday's trading.

The market capital gained about 5.4 billion pounds to end today's transactions at 571.5 billion pounds. 

The EGX 30 benchmark index went up by 0.83 percent to reach 11,548 points.

The broader EGX 70 index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) increased by 1.53 percent to reach 463 points.

The all-embracing EGX 100 index rose by 0.99 percent to reach 1,087 points.
