Egypt's bourse

Egypt's bourse indices recorded collective gains at the end of Wednesday's trading, amid intensive purchases by institutions and Arab and foreign investment funds.

The market capital gained about 100 million pounds to hit over 424.8 billion pounds after the trading hit 540.7 million pounds.

The EGX 30 benchmark index went up by 0.53 percent to 6,873.49 points.

The broader EGX 70 index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) increased by 0.34 percent to close at 373.7 points.

The all-embracing EGX 100 index rose as well by 0.12 percent to close at 803.19 points.
