Muscat Securities Market (MSM) general index (30) added 0.91 points on Wednesday's trading session, a rise by 0.01 percent to close at 6352.57 points, compared to the last session, which stood at 6351.66 points, Omani state news agency ONA reported.

The trading value amounted to RO 2.72 million, comprising a decline by 29.49 percent compared to the last session, which stood at RO 3.86 million.

Market value rose by 0.09 percent to reach about RO 14.89 billion, according to MSM report.

The value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached RO 1,017,000, comprising 37.4 percent, while the value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached RO 531,000, comprising 19.53 percent. The net non-Omani investment rose by 17.87 percent to RO 486,000.
