The US dollar fell against most major currencies on Monday as economic data from the country came out worse than expected.

In late New York trading, the euro rose to 1.1318 dollars from 1.1305 dollars in the previous session, while the dollar bought 109.04 Japanese yen, higher than 108.65 in the previous session.
