European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso said here on Thursday night that it should be the time for the European Union (EU) to move from \"crisis mode\" to \"growth mode.\" Barroso made the remarks at a press conference as EU top leaders concluded the first day of their spring summit scheduled to focus on boosting growth and jobs. As a promising agreement on a second bailout package for Greece largely eased the global market, the EU leaders for the first time in almost two years had a real break from handling the sovereign debt crisis and paid some real attention to structural reforms.
