Iran’s Ambassador to Uzbekistan, Mohammad Keshavarzzadeh says there is no restriction for transfer of Uzbek goods, especially cotton, via Iran’s soil. Keshavarzzadeh told a group of Iranian industrialists here late Thursday that about 900,000 tons of Uzbek goods found their way to the world and regional markets via Iranian territory in 2010. Uzbekistan annually produces about 700,000 tons of cotton fibre.
