Business confidence in Germany rose again in March, but only slightly, as Europe\'s biggest economy begins to lose some of its momentum, data showed on Monday. The Ifo economic institute\'s closely watched business climate index inched up fractionally to 109.8 points in March from 109.7 points in February, beating analysts\' expectations for an unchanged reading.
