Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) 2014 began Thursday with the participation of representatives from 62 countries, including Kuwait. The SPIEF's main theme will be rendering challenges into opportunities by joint action. The three-day forum provides a Launchpad for countries to sign agreements and exchange views on economic and business issues. Russian President Vladimir Putin is expected to deliver a speech to the SPIEF Friday.
