Davari said that holding such exhibitions across Iran will remove any ambiguity in terms of safety of nuclear sites, environmental pollution and the country's civilian approach towards nuclear technology which totally will thwart enemies' propaganda against Tehran's nuclear program. He also said ancillary uses of nuclear industry are to be introduced in agriculture and medicine in the fair. The exhibition includes 23 booths in fuel cycle, power plant, medicine and agriculture. Moreover, 500 types of nuclear goods used for fuel, power plant, 225 others for ancillary uses, 275 others including macro scale models of Bushehr power plant, waste management and nuclear fuel cycle were shown in the exhibition. Chancellor of Razi University Mohammad Mehdi Khodayee said that the scientific council of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) has come to the conclusion that holding such exhibitions, specially for academics, will provide them with an opportunity to become more familiar with nuclear issues and progress in the field. He noted that the nuclear exhibition was for the first time held in Tehran University in 2008. In April 2013, the Western city of Shahr-e-Kord hosted an exhibition of the country's latest achievements in the nuclear industry.
