Boresli added other countries do suffer from extreme and difficult circumstances, which in turn restrain them from improving and progress and continue to progress with their sustainable development plans.
The Kuwaiti diplomat noted that such circumstances had a catastrophic impact on countries' climate change, their economies, and infrastructure, including the failure of donors' countries to make pledges in times of need or failure of development partners to meet the agreed Official development assistance (ODA) rate.
