The number of construction permits for new homes here jumped significantly from a year earlier in July, the government said Tuesday, amid growing concerns of a possible oversupply.
The number of construction permits for new homes issued last month came to 44,572, up 22.9 percent from the same month last year, according to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
