A mansion in the Village at Indian Creek was sold for $47 million, the highest price ever paid for a home in Miami-Dade County, Fla., real estate agents said. The home is part of a gated community on a 300-acre island. The 10-bedroom, 14-bathroom resort-style home offers a view of Biscayne Bay, and includes a 100-foot swimming pool, six wet bars, a spa, a 3-D home theater and a glass-enclosed gym, The Miami Herald reported Wednesday. The unnamed buyer is Russian, and paid cash, the newspaper said, adding his or her neighbors will include Miami car dealer and civic activist Norman Braman, retired football coach Don Shula and corporate raider Carl Icahn. \"I don\'t have the vaguest idea who it is,\" Braman said of the mystery buyer. \"We certainly welcome them.\"
