UsMagazine.com said it confirmed the couple\'s betrothal after McGowan was seen wearing a new diamond bauble on her ring finger last week. The magazine did not say if the pair have set a wedding date yet. The actress was previously engaged to rocker Marilyn Manson and filmmaker Robert Rodriguez.
