Biggest Loser season 15 winner Rachel Frederickson says she is finally at the "perfect" weight after gaining back 20 pounds. The 24-year-old shocked audiences earlier this year when she appeared at the show's finale looking extraordinarily thin. The contestant had lost 60 percent of her original body weight and gone from 260 pounds to 105 on her 5'4" frame. The significant weight loss caused concern among fans and series trainers Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper. Michaels said she was "stunned" by Frederickson's appearance, and opined that the contestant had "lost too much weight." Frederickson herself admitted in February that she might have been "a little too enthusiastic," but insisted that she is "very, very healthy." The "Biggest Loser" has gained 20 pounds since, and says she thinks her weight now is "perfect." Frederickson spoke to Us Weekly about the change, and says she has significantly toned down her diet and exercise regime. "I work out an hour, six days a week," she says. "I love classes like SoulCycle. I also loosely count calories, but sometimes I might eat an Oreo. It's not the end of the world." "We have monthly calls with the other contestants and the show psychologist," Frederickson says of The Biggest Loser. "Our nutritionist is available 24/7. I'll call her from the farmers' market and say, 'What is this? How would I cook it?'" The show champion says her weight loss journey has been long, but she has no regrets. She even considers the backlash against her thin appearance "a gift." "It started a discussion about body image," Frederickson says. "That's huge."
