Comedian Dane Cook admits he used "bad judgment" when he joked during a standup show in Los Angeles about the movie theater massacre in Colorado. A 24-year-old man is to be charged Monday with killing 12 people and wounding dozens of others when he opened fire in an Aurora multiplex where the third and final installment in Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy, "The Dark Knight Rises," was screening at midnight Friday, July 20. TMZ reported Cook said in his show Thursday night the movie is so bad, audience members would have been begging for someone to shoot them had the massacre not happened. Cook expressed on Twitter Friday his regret regarding the remark. "I am devastated by the recent tragedy in Colorado & did not mean to make light of what happened," he said. "I made a bad judgment call with my material last night & regret making a joke at such a sensitive time. My heart goes out to all of the families & friends of the victims."
