Ellen DeGeneres went as Amal Alamuddin for Halloween.
The 56-year-old television host delighted viewers Friday on The Ellen DeGeneres Show by dressing in a replica of Alamuddin's wedding dress. DeGeneres sported a wig to mimic the 36-year-old barrister's dark hair, and had a George Clooney doll as her "groom" in tow.
"I like Halloween because it's the one time you can dress up however you want and pretend you're someone that you'd never be in real life. For me, that's married to a man," the host quipped.
"You know, I went all out for you people, because I didn't even wear a wedding dress to my own wedding," she shared. "This might be my sexiest costume yet, because what's sexier than a woman with a brain?"
Alamuddin and Clooney married in a lavish ceremony in Venice, Italy, in September. The bride wore a custom French lace wedding gown by Oscar de la Renta, and celebrities such as Bono, Bill Murray, Robert De Niro, Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett were in attendance.
DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi have been married since August 2008.
