U.S. singer Eve has confirmed via Twitter she is engaged to British fashion designer Maximillion Cooper. "Thanku 2 everybody 4 your congratulations on our engagement! We wanted to celebrate with our family and friends 1st b4 announcing," she tweeted Tuesday. UsMagazine.com said Eve, 35, and Cooper, 41, has been living in London together as the rapper-songwriter works on her music. Cooper proposed to Eve in Edinburgh, Scotland, on Christmas Day, the magazine said.
