British celebrity Heather Mills was restrained while attempting to attack a Paralympics official in Austria, the Express newspaper in London reported. Mills, 45, is the ex-wife of rock 'n' roll icon Paul McCartney. The former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant, who lost her left leg in a motorcycle accident in 1993, had hoped to secure a place on Great Britain's ski team at the Paralympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia, in March. However, her altercation with International Paralympic Committee executive Sylvana Mestre has all but assured she won't be included on the team roster. "You bitch, you bitch. Don't you know who I am? I will make your life a misery," the Express quoted Mills as saying to Mestre as she lunged at her. "Heather tried to grab me. I was in a state of shock. I was completely taken aback. I don't want to discuss it further. I want to put it behind me," Mestre told the newspaper, adding she does not intend to report the incident to police, but will instead let the competition's governing body decide whether Mills should be sanctioned. Mills reportedly was upset because Mestre told her the boot she wore on her stump for the tryout did not meet regulations.
