Jennifer Lawrence has topped Forbes magazine's 2014 roster of the highest-grossing actors, with her movies earning a total of $1.4 billion at the global box office.
The 24-year-old Oscar winner starred in the blockbusters The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part I and X-Men: Days of Future Past this year.
Coming in at No. 2 on the Forbes list is Chris Pratt whose films garnered $1.2 billion at the global box office, followed by Scarlett Johansson at No. 3 with $1.18 billion, Mark Wahlberg at No. 4 with $1 billion and Chris Evans at No. 5 with $801 million.
Rounding out the top tier are Emma Stone whose films made $764 million worldwide at No. 6, Angelina Jolie at No. 7 with $758 million, James McAvoy at No. 8 with $747 million, and Michael Fassbender and Hugh Jackman tied at No. 9 with $746 million.
"This list looks at the top-grossing actors at the box office. We simply added up the global box office numbers -- from Box Office Mojo -- of each star's 2014 movies and then ranked the actors," the business magazine said.
