U.S. actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson announced online Wednesday he is engaged to lawyer Justin Mikita, his boyfriend of two years. "It's true, I popped the big Q," People.com quoted Ferguson as saying in a video posted on the website for Tie the Knot, a new foundation that supports marriage equality. "I said yes!" Mikita said in the clip. Ferguson is best known for his work on the ABC sitcom "Modern Family."
