Joseph Morgan, Persia White

Joseph Morgan and Persia White are a married couple.
The 33-year-old actor and 41-year-old actress wed in Ocho Rios, Jamaica earlier this month. The pair met on the set of The Vampire Diaries in 2011, and got engaged in May this year.
"It had a very rustic feel to it," White told People of the wedding. "There was nothing about it that was overwhelming or very huge or fabulous in that way. We tried to keep everything really intimate and beautiful and sort of going along with nature."
White wore a Vera Wang dress with a cathedral-length veil, while Morgan sported an ivory silk tuxedo with black lapels and a bow tie. The ceremony was held at a private villa near the ocean, and White said they chose the "wonderful" location because they both "grew up by the sea." The 26 guests in attendance were "mostly family" and a "handful of close friends."
The newlyweds took a helicopter to Negril for their honeymoon and partook in the "favorite local pastime -- cliff jumping." The pair admitted the jumps were "daunting," but were pleased and "pretty proud" they did it together.
Morgan and White said they plan to work on more film and television projects together, and also intend to start a family. Morgan currently stars as Niklaus Mikaelson on The Vampire Diaries and its spinoff, The Originals, and White will next appear in Dermaphoria later this year.
