It marked the pop singer's first red-carpet appearance since leaving a Chicago-area treatment facility early this month. Sporting a shorter haircut with green and pink highlights, the 27-year-old looked healthy in a floor-length shimmery black gown. "Happy to be back! Feeling healthy & working on tons of new music," Kesha tweeted after leaving rehab March 6 -- and dropping the "$" in her name. "I can't thank my fans enough for all the love & support u have given me."
