US pop star Miley Cyrus is taking over MTV programming Saturday to celebrate her 21st birthday, the network said. The "Wrecking Ball" singer was to run the channel for 8 hours starting at noon EST, CNN reported. Programming was scheduled to include "21 Candles: Miley's MTV Moments," an hourlong special showcasing "the 21 reasons why fans love the megastar, including Miley's best MTV moments of all time," the network said. Cyrus will rerun the MTV documentary about her, "Miley: The Movement Deluxe Edition," with new commentary. She is also expected to air her favorite episodes from "Snooki & JWoww" and "Awkward," CNN said.
