Katy Perry says her upcoming 3D concert film will be jam-packed with highlights from her 2011 tour. The pop princess told MTV News it was difficult to say which scene on \"Part of Me\" would be the most memorable because there were so many. \"There\'s lots of moments,\" Perry said. \"I love making music videos and I like them to be jam-packed visually, and I want there to not be a dull moment in this film.\" \"Part of Me\" comes out in July, and Perry is already back on the road. She spoke to MTV in New York where she headlined the big Fleet Week concert for sailors and Marines from all over the world. Perry, sporting a purple ponytail, wowed the crowd at Pier 9 with a high-energy song list that included many of her growing list of danceable hits and a form-fitting party dress of red, white and blue. \"Her outfits are a little out there,\" one female Marine told Parade magazine. \"But she\'s fun to watch perform. It\'s good that she can express herself through her clothing.\"
