Actor Peter Scolari told UsMagazine.com Friday he married actress Tracy Shayne, his girlfriend of more than eight years, in New York June 21. He said they tied the knot in a friend\'s apartment after which Scolari\'s co-stars from the late Nora Ephron\'s play \"Lucky Guy\" threw them a surprise party at the Glass Tavern restaurant in Manhattan. \"Everyone in the cast gave so many amazing toasts. I honestly wasn\'t prepared for that to happen, but it was really all very sweet,\" the actor told the magazine. \"It may sound cliche, but there is no surprise that Tom [Hanks\'] toast was full of the nicest things that anyone\'s ever said. I thought it was going to be something of a roast but it wasn\'t that at all. I sent him a note a few weeks after saying I\'m not sure how I\'d be able to repay that.\" In addition to co-starring in \"Lucky Guy,\" Scolari and Hanks also acted together in the 1980s sitcom \"Bosom Buddies\" and the 1996 film \"That Thing You Do!\"
