As I Lay Dying lead singer Tim Lambesis has pleaded innocent in a San Diego court to a charge of solicitation of murder, officials said. Lambesis was arrested Thursday for allegedly attempting to hire an undercover detective to kill his estranged wife, Meggan. MTV said bail was set at $3 million at his arraignment Thursday.
