Actor Zac Efron spent nearly $4 million on a five-bedroom, five-bathroom house in Hollywood Hills, Calif., property records show. The two-story, Zen-inspired contemporary house cost Efron $3.995 million and features a panoramic city-to-ocean view, an open floor plan, wine cellar, gym and a fountain inside the entry, the Los Angeles Times reported. The house is 5,644 square feet and was built in 1964 and has a guest house, a pool and spa area with waterfall. The former teen idol has another house in nearby Hollywood Hills West.
