Eleven persons were killed and 37 others injured in a twin suicide attack targeting civilians in a Shia majority area in north of Baghdad.

An explosive charge and a suicide bomber went off in Sha'ab area in northern Baghdad, causing casualties, spokesman of the Baghdad operations Saad Maan said.
