Four civilians were killed and nine others injured in an explosive charge blast that targeted people fleeing from Daesh-held areas north of Salaheddin governorate, an Iraqi security source said on Saturday.

Daesh terrorist organization is still controlling Howeija and several areas in southern Kirkuk.
