A military parade was held earlier Saturday in Baghdad, in the presence of Prime Minister Haider al Abadi, to celebrate the liberation of Mosul city from Daesh terrorist group.

Titled "Liberation and victory", the celebration was held in the green zones in central Baghdad.

Units from the ministries of defense and interior along with the Popular Mobilization Forces took part in the parade, the media office of the premier said.
