Iraqi troops started on Thursday a military operation to liberate western parts of Anbar from Daesh terrorist group.

Spokesman for the Iraqi Joint Special Operations Command Yahya al-Zubaidi said army and police troops, as well as al Hashd al Shaabi militants are participating in the military operation.
