At least 25 people were killed and 107 others wounded on Wednesday by two car bombs that tore through a neighborhood of the country's central province of Homs, the pro-government Sham FM radio reported. The twin bombings rocked the al-Khadram Street in Karm Allouz neighborhood of Homs, the report said, adding that the blast left big property losses. The report said that the bombs were detonated in a swift succession, and the authorities there urged people to stay away from the bombing site for fear of another bombing .
