The London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that Syrian military planes raided a number of axes in al Bukamal city in Deir ez Zor countryside, killing four civilians and severely injuring two others.

Clashes took place between regime forces and pro-regime gunmen on one hand and the fighting factions on the other, the observatory said.
